Chop garlic, shalott onions, ginger and red chilli
Stir fry that
Chop a bunch of good vegetables
Add some fish sauce, thai basil, coriander, tiger sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, tamarind sauce
And or coconut milk.
Serve with noodles or rice.
