Radar Mixtape: August Landelius

It’s Monday so let’s start off the week by listening to a relaxing mixtape created by August Landelius. He recently released his debut EP Float and Radar did and under the radar with him that you can find here.

Tell us more about your mixtape.
– I’ve put toghether a bunch of songs from my private “inspiration playlist”. I thought it suited really well for this request.

When do you think one should listen to it?
– I think you can listen to this when you have time to relax a bit. Maybe on the train or just at home. It might not be the best mix if you are driving fast in a car. You should listen to Kendrick Lamar then.

What’s next for you?
– I’m finishing up an LP atm. I just got settled in a nice studio in my new hometown, Amsterdam. As I mentioned earlier; This playlist is tracks from some of the albums I’ve been listening to the last 6 months or so. It’s just tracks I like. I try to listen to these songs as much as possible. Inspiration from these albums/tracks will stick if I listen often. When I sit down, trying to make a track, I will be conciously, but mostly subconciously, inspired by them.
